All sessions are 50 minutes to allow me to collect payment, schedule our next appointment and start the next session on time.
I am in network with several major insurance companies:
Aetna
Beacon (including Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan, Fallon Health, and Unicare State Indemnity Plan)
Blue Cross and Blue Shield
Commonwealth Care Alliance (can be added to your plan if you have Medicare primary and Masshealth Standard secondary)
Harvard Pilgrim
Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership (MBHP) (This now includes only Community Care Cooperative, Partners HealthCare Choice, Primary Care Clinician Plan and Steward Health Choice)
Optum (This includes Allways Health Partners and United Healthcare)

If you do not have one of the above insurance plans or choose not to use insurance, the out-of-pocket rate will be $150 per session. Please contact your insurance company if you have questions about your co-pay, deductible, or whether or not I am an in-network provider for your plan. Any session that is not covered by your plan will be billed at the out-of-pocket rate. Feel free to ask me about submitting our claims to your insurance using out-of-network benefits.
I accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
Your Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers must provide clients who are uninsured, or elect not to use their insurance, an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs, like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment and hospital fees.
Your health care provider must give you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For this reason, it is encouraged to keep a copy or picture of the estimate. For more information about the No Surprises Act, visit cms.gov/nosurprises .
